Lily Papalia is a Recruiting Coordinator who brings a people-first mindset and strong communication skills to her role. After beginning her career in merchandising and production, she realized her passion for connecting with others and sought a more relationship-driven path—making recruiting a natural next step. Her experience with sorority recruitment in college further sparked her interest in guiding individuals toward the right opportunities.

Lily enjoys building relationships with candidates and finds it especially rewarding to support them in securing roles they’re excited about. She values clear communication, a positive attitude, and a demonstrated sense of commitment—qualities she also looks for in candidates.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Delaware, with a minor in Business Administration and Management. Outside of work, Lily enjoys Pilates, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
