Kat Jaderstrom is an Event Manager on the Career Group Companies Event Team in Los Angeles. After studying Psychology at San Diego State University, she began her career in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Event Team, Kat managed a winery in San Francisco for 5 years where she coordinated special events, managed hospitality, and oversaw all direct to consumer channels of the business. Wanting to combine her love for event planning and client relations, she made the pivot to event staffing. In her current role, Kat finds it so rewarding to see all of her teams’ hard work come together to pull off a successful event. Outside of work, you can find her running, hiking, cooking, reading, spending time with family and friends, or relaxing with her puppy Kona.
