What Isabella loves most about her role is creating a positive experience for both candidates and clients. She encourages job seekers to stay prepared, responsive, and open-minded, and values professionalism, reliability, and a driven attitude in the candidates she works with.

Isabella earned dual degrees in Communication Studies and Spanish from University of Miami. Prior to joining CGC, she gained experience in talent management and human resources within the healthcare and hospitality industries.

Outside of work, Isabella enjoys traveling, cooking, and exploring new cultures through food and travel experiences.
