Emilyn Lu was drawn to recruiting because of the opportunity to connect the people side of business with meaningful career growth. She enjoys being a resource for both candidates and clients and helping make the recruiting process feel clear and approachable.

Emilyn values professionalism, adaptability, and good manners in candidates, believing that preparation, kindness, and the ability to adjust to different environments can make a lasting impression.

She studied Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Before joining CGC, Emilyn gained experience through HR and university housing roles.

Outside of work, Emilyn enjoys cooking, doing puzzles, and going on walks.
