Bella Valdes-Houghton

Bella Valdes-Houghton was drawn to recruiting after experiencing firsthand the impact recruiters had during her own job search. Inspired by those conversations, she discovered a passion for connecting with candidates and helping them find exciting new opportunities.

What Bella enjoys most about her role is building relationships and sharing in the excitement when candidates move forward in the interview process. She encourages job seekers to stay proactive and communicative, and values candidates who are responsive, strong communicators, and clear about their career goals.

Bella earned her degree in Film and Television Production from Loyola Marymount University. Prior to joining CGC, she worked in social media marketing, where she developed strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Outside of work, Bella enjoys trying new restaurants and coffee shops, going to the movies, seeing stand-up comedy, and vintage shopping.
