Event Producer

A growing B2B SaaS technology company is looking for an experienced Events Producer to support its U.S. events program. In this role, you’ll be responsible for taking approved event plans and managing the details required to bring them to life. This includes venue sourcing, vendor coordination, staffing, speakers, guest lists, sponsorships, and on-site event execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.

This is a Remote, U.S.-based temp opportunity.
Project expected to be 3-6 months and around 20 hours per week depending on event calendar.
Pay: $45-52/hr

What You’ll Do
• Plan events from initial brief through completion.
• Source and manage venues, vendors, catering, staffing, production, and other logistics.
• Manage speakers, guest lists, invitations, registration, and attendee communications.
• Coordinate conference sponsorships, booths, passes, materials, and lead capture.
• Create timelines, checklists, budgets, and event run sheets.
• Travel to events and manage on-site setup, execution, troubleshooting, and breakdown.
• Manage invoices, vendor follow-up, lead files, and post-event wrap-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure events run smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 3+ years of U.S.-based B2B event production experience.
• Experience with conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, and customer events.
• Comfortable with traveling within the U.S. and work occasional evenings as needed.
• B2B/SaaS experience required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing vendors, budgets, deadlines, and multiple events.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Calm and resourceful when plans change or issues arise.
