Sr. Product Program Manager

We are supporting a global leader in the toy and entertainment industry in the search for a highly skilled Senior Product Program Manager, AI. This position plays a critical role in shaping and managing the organization’s AI initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable business value.


The ideal candidate will bring strong program leadership experience, exceptional cross-functional communication skills, and a proven ability to oversee large-scale, complex technology programs from concept through implementation.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Alignment

• Drive organization-wide alignment on AI product development initiatives
• Measure, analyze, and communicate business value generated through AI programs
• Partner with business units to understand needs, facilitate ideation sessions, and prioritize AI use cases
• Lead research, development, and proposal of new AI-enabled business models

Program & Project Management

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the global AI system, ensuring adherence to timelines, goals, and budgets
• Serve as the primary liaison for all AI program-related communication and activities
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessments

Risk Management & Issue Resolution

• Identify potential risks and issues across the program lifecycle
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to maintain continuity and mitigate impact
  ‍

Change Management & User Adoption

• Create and execute change management strategies to support organizational adoption
• Provide training, communication, and support to end-users and key stakeholders
  ‍

Budget & Resource Oversight

• Manage program budgets with accuracy and accountability
• Ensure effective procurement and utilization of resources across project phases

Qualifications & Attributes

• Strong background in program or product management, ideally within AI, data, or technology-driven environments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with change management, process optimization, and large-scale implementation efforts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
