Audiovisual Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced AV/VC Specialist to support video conferencing and collaboration technologies for a dynamic corporate environment. This role is hands-on and highly visible — ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with executive leadership and ensuring seamless communication experiences across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:‍

  • Manage, track, and resolve incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
  • Ensure quality and reliability of all video conferencing services and hardware.
  • Provide white-glove support to C-level executives for meetings, calls, and live events.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain AV/VC systems, escalating as needed.
  • Oversee AV projects of varying complexity, from installations to upgrades and break-fix repairs.
  • Maintain AV equipment inventory and documentation.
  • Create and update technical documentation for AV environments.

Qualifications:‍

  • 2+ years supporting video conferencing systems and AV hardware.
  • Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco, and Logitech systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac and Windows environments.
  • Experience supporting executive-level users.
  • Knowledge of AV integration, deployment, and collaboration technologies.
  • Comfortable creating and maintaining documentation in spreadsheets and presentation tools.
