Reception Manager
Our client, a confidential real estate company, is seeking an experienced, personable, and service-oriented front office Reception Manager to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This is a highly visible role, where professionalism, warmth, and discretion are essential. The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates clearly, and enjoys fostering a welcoming and organized office environment. This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in hospitality, enjoys being the central support for an office, and thrives in a role where meaningful work and strong values are prioritized. This role requires an onsite presence in Beverly Hills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
• Calendar coordination
• Arranging small events, luncheons, investor meetings and off-sites
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
• Assist with ordering and inventory management of office supplies
• Ensure reception, common areas, lobby, and kitchen remain clean and presentable
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, scanning, and document organization
• Assist with additional projects as assigned to support daily office operations
Qualifications:
• Experience providing administrative, reception, or customer service support in a professional setting
• Success within hospitality and high-touch client services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain proactive, resourceful, and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort managing office supplies and basic inventory processes
• Bachelor’s degree is required
