  • Lead the planning and execution of all facility maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements across multiple properties.
  • Implement and manage a digital operations platform to streamline work orders, preventive maintenance, and asset tracking.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and standards to improve efficiency and long-term sustainability.
  • Oversee budgets, vendor contracts, and insurance compliance while maintaining strong relationships with service providers.
  • Supervise and support the facilities, custodial, and maintenance teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA standards, fire and safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
  • Partner with leadership to anticipate operational needs, allocate resources effectively, and plan for future growth.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, office moves, and emergency preparedness.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7–10+ years of facilities management experience overseeing complex, multi-building environments, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and control systems).
  • Proven ability to implement operational technology and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of an organization by modernizing how its physical spaces operate—ensuring they remain safe, efficient, and inspiring for years to come.
