Human Resources Manager - Luxury Womenswear Label

We are searching for a Human Resources Manager to join our Miami, FL team! The ideal candidate must have previous HR experience working within a high-end fashion company that operates an in-house atelier. They need to have a strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry's dynamics and demands, excellent interpersonal and communication, conflict-resolution skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative creative environment, and ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Description: Human Resources Manager
Location: Miami, FL - on-site (5 days / week)
Reports to: CEO
Works directly with: COO, Director of Marketing and Ecommerce, Executive Project Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all employees.
- Oversee employee management, including handling PTO requests, attendance tracking, performance reviews, and supporting day-to-day HR needs.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Manage recruitment efforts, working closely with operations & department leads to hire for both corporate and atelier roles.
- Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies that align with company goals and culture.
- Coordinate HR operations specific to the atelier.
