Senior Executive Assistant & Project Manager

This is a highly visible and integral position that blends high-level executive support with project and program management, offering exposure across multiple business functions.

Our client is seeking a seasoned, proactive, and composed professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting senior executives, managing complex calendars, coordinating board activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct support to the CEO and CFO, managing shifting calendars, travel, and priorities.
• Coordinate quarterly board meetings (three typically in New York) and oversee logistics, communications, and materials.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between the executives, leadership teams, and board members.
• Manage expense reporting and reconciliation through Concur (or similar systems).
• Oversee select initiatives and projects to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Prepare polished presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.

Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally within professional or financial services.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating board meetings and managing confidential information.
• Exceptional organizational skills, judgment, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Concur preferred.
• Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with flexibility to work hybrid and travel occasionally.
