Multimedia Producer

Our client, a global financial services firm, is looking to hire a freelance Multimedia Producer with finance experience based in Dallas, Texas ASAP!

This role is 100% ONSITE for 6 months.

Responsibilities:
-  Edit and prepare audio/video content for the Research portal (trimming, adding intros/slides, stitching files, and exporting for publication).
- Collaborate with Research and Supervisory Analysts on content edits, approvals, and publication.
- Manage post-publication content placement across the portal and mobile app.
- Produce weekly multimedia summaries and coordinate replays for major events like annual conferences.
-  Use editorial judgment to rank and feature high-impact reports across platforms.
- Organize, tag, and group research by subject to create themed collections and pages.
- Develop digital features that link related content across sectors.
- Collaborate with designers on graphics, slideshows, and interactive displays.
- Maintain editorial/design asset libraries (glossaries, style guides, summaries, etc.).
- Create and update layout templates for commonly used content formats.


Qualifications
:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work under deadline pressures in managing a daily editorial flow
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and appropriate risk sensitivity
- Experience and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Audition, Premier Pro and Photoshop
- Experience in the use of CMS tools (experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus)
