Senior Attorney

A well-established boutique law firm focusing exclusively on divorce and family law is seeking a Senior Managing Attorney to lead high-level cases, mentor attorneys and staff, and support strategic growth initiatives. This is a high impact role with the opportunity to join an impressive and collaborative team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex, high-conflict, and high-net-worth divorce and family law matters from intake through final resolution
  • Provide guidance, training, and oversight to junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff
  • Ensure high standards of legal practice, efficient workflows, and strong internal collaboration
  • Conduct client consultations and contribute to business development efforts aimed at attracting high-caliber clientele
  • Assist in evolving firm systems, policies, and best practices to support continued operational growth and client service excellence

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in divorce and family law
  • Proven ability to supervise attorneys or manage a legal team
  • Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to guide clients through emotionally charged legal issues
  • Comfortable with modern legal tech, case management platforms, and digital workflow
