Executive Assistant to Human Capital Team
Our client, a premier global investment firm, is seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to join their Human Capital team in San Francisco. This is a special role that is heavily project focused!

From managing global travel and high-level meetings to supporting recruiting efforts and cross-team initiatives, your impact will be felt across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Masterfully manage calendars, travel, and confidential information
- Orchestrate high-profile meetings, events and conferences
- Anticipate challenges and create solutions before they become issues
- Lead scheduling, coordination and tracking for recruiting processes
- Create presentation materials
- Take ownership of key systems and databases
- Collaborate with other top-tier Executive Assistants to ensure flawless team support
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of administrative experience within financial services
- A 4-year college degree
- Recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite expertise
- Sharp communication skills with impeccable attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle shifting priorities
- Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Comfort working in a hybrid 3:2 in-office schedule

Compensation: Base $115k + Bonus + Paid OT + Stellar Benefits
