The Role:
As a Recruiter, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting across all teams—engineering, data science, product, GTM, and operations. You’ll work closely with leadership to build a world-class team, shaping the future of AI hiring from the inside out.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and execute full-cycle recruitment across all departments
- Build and maintain top-tier pipelines for high-impact roles
- Partner with founders and department heads on hiring strategy
- Champion a high-touch candidate experience
- Help refine and scale our internal hiring processes
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in tech, ideally at a startup or leading tech firm
- Deep understanding of technical roles (AI/ML, software engineering, etc.)
- Experience hiring across business and technical functions
- High-urgency, high-output operator who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree required
- Resides in the city of San Francisco
