Financial Analyst @ Consumer Goods Company

Our client, a consumer goods company, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team in Bloomington, IL.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analyses.
- Partner with leaders to manage budgets, forecasts, and expense tracking.
- Support sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Monitor consolidated results, identify variances, and report key insights.
- Build recurring and ad-hoc reports to measure business performance.
- Collaborate with finance partners to improve processes and standardize reporting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or reporting.
- Strong analytical and accounting knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Access a plus.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
