Sales Stylist

Our client, a luxury Men's & Women's RTW brand, is seeking a Sales Stylist to join their team in New York! As a key representative of the brand, you will be responsible for offering full styling guidance while cultivating meaningful client relationships that lead to long-term loyalty. Responsibilities: Welcome and engage clients, offering tailored styling advice to ensure an elevated shopping experience Build a loyal customer base by nurturing long-term relationships and providing consistent, high-level service Conduct regular client outreach to maintain connections and generate ongoing business Organize and lead client appointments and consignment opportunities on a weekly basis Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, ready to assist with walk-ins and appointments Stay informed on seasonal collections and brand trends, using product knowledge to drive styling and sales Uphold premium visual merchandising and ensure both front and back of house are kept pristine and organized Support inventory management by efficiently moving product from stockroom to sales floor Remain open to feedback and coaching to continually grow in the role Support additional store operations and tasks as needed by store leadership Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury fashion retail, with a focus on client styling and sales Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently manage and grow a book of business Proven track record of sales performance and client retention in a high-end retail setting Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours, based on business needs Deep understanding of fashion trends, styling techniques, and luxury clientele expectations Professional presentation and strong alignment with the brand's aesthetic and values $30-$35 per hour + commission Fully onsite.
