Creative Project Manager

A leading Film/TV Studio is seeking an experienced Project Manager for promotional merchandise & corporate gifting. This role requires a deep understanding of promotional merchandise decoration techniques, packaging, and branding methods. Candidates will have expertise in managing creative projects from conception to completion, as well as working closely with vendors and liaising with clients.



Type: Temp
Pay: $40-45/hr
Location: Century City/Beverly Hills
Schedule: Monday–Friday (9 AM – 6 PM)



Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and produce high-quality promotional merchandise and corporate gifts.
Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiating, and overseeing production.
Ensure branding and decoration methods align with project specifications and quality standards.
Research retail products and coordinate with promotional product vendors for customization.
Oversee packaging and printing processes, ensuring adherence to paper stock, color, and branding guidelines.
Provide excellent client-facing communication, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and professionally.
Maintain strong organizational and follow-up skills to track project timelines and deliverables.


Qualifications:

Extensive experience in promotional products, branding, and premium processes.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
Experience working with vendors, printers, and packaging suppliers.
Knowledge of various decoration methods, including printing, embroidery, and engraving.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve project challenges.
Prior experience in high-end gifting and premium merchandise is a plus.
