Executive Assistant to Head of Investor Relations & Team

A growing global Venture Capital/Private Equity firm in midtown is seeking a hardworking, polished and bright Executive Assistant to support their Head of Investor Relations and deal team members. We are looking for a motivated professional who is adept at staying organized and keeping track of several competing projects, with a refined, professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

A Day in the Life:

  • Planning complex global travel and oversee expenses
  • Serving as gatekeeper for phone and email inboxes; prioritizing communications accordingly
  • Managing executive's calendars, events and roadshows
  • Maintaining contact databases, CRM systems, website content, and marketing collateral
  • Liaising on behalf of the team with investors and clients
  • Jumping in to help on other projects as needed

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support
  • Highly professional and engaged communication skills, with excellent writing abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with PowerPoint Concur, and/or a CRM ideal
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to stay organized and on top of multiple competing deliverables
  • Capability to thrive in a entrepreneurial environment
  • Positive and energetic attitude towards the role and company
