Sales Executive

Our client, a fast-growing apparel brand, is seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to join their NYC team. This individual will drive sales growth across national and specialty accounts and build strong partnerships with buyers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow existing business and penetrate new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with buyers and merchant teams to drive sales and ensure alignment with seasonal goals.
  • Analyze weekly and seasonal sales performance to identify trends, forecast growth opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Curate product assortments and collaborate with design and production teams to deliver tailored solutions for each retail partner.
  • Proactively identify whitespace opportunities and customize sales programs to meet buyer objectives.
  • Conduct regular market research and store visits to monitor competitor activity and stay ahead of trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success managing national or key accounts within women’s & junior's apparel or fashion wholesale.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of exceeding revenue targets and building long-term client partnerships.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker, skilled in using sales data to inform decisions and drive results.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
