Personal Assistant - Part Time
A high-net-worth individual (HNWI) and their family are seeking a polished, discreet, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support day-to-day personal and administrative needs. This hybrid role offers flexible hours and requires strong multitasking skills, a proactive mindset, and prior experience supporting UHNW/HNW individuals or senior-level executives.
Location: Westchester County, NY (Hybrid)
Schedule: Part-time - Approximately 10–15 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the HNWI and family, including calendar management, travel coordination, scheduling appointments, and booking reservations
- Manage three properties (NY, FL, CO) and oversee household staff, maintenance schedules, and seasonal projects
- Liaise with vendors, onboard new management companies, and handle invoicing and bill payments—monitor for discrepancies and flag issues as needed
- Assist with personal documentation including medical forms, health insurance claims, car insurance paperwork, inspections, and vehicle maintenance
- Plan and coordinate private events, manage guest lists, vendor communication, budgets, and logistics
- Support ongoing personal tasks such as mailing holiday cards, managing incoming/outgoing mail, organizing donations, and other special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
- Prior experience supporting a HNWI or senior executive strongly preferred; background in finance or corporate environments is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
