Office Manager/PA

A private, high-profile investment firm is seeking a polished and dependable Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join their team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, creating a welcoming and efficient workplace, and serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal leadership. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role includes Personal Assistant duties and liaison with C-suite executives.


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (flexible hours)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate with C-suite executives, maintaining a high level of confidentiality
  • Manage office inventory, equipment, and vendor coordination
  • Schedule meetings and manage office calendars
  • Provide administrative support across various departments
  • Support the CFO with personal assistant tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of office administration experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Reliable, discreet, and trustworthy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
