Vanessa Fulton began her journey at Career Group Companies because of her passion for connecting people with opportunities that align with both their technical skills and creative passions. She is driven by the excitement of placing the final “puzzle piece” —matching candidates with roles where they can truly thrive. Her advice to jobseekers is to be authentic and trust in their abilities to pursue their dream role. Vanessa looks for authenticity, consistency, and strong communication in the candidates she supports. She holds a degree in Comprehensive Science with a Computer Science concentration and a minor in Spanish from Villanova University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, watching reality TV, and hosting trivia nights in San Francisco.
