Rachel earned her degree in Broadcast Journalism with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a minor in Business Foundations – Global Track.  She began her career in TV production, talent management, radio promotions, creative event planning, and social media marketing; these experiences ultimately ledher to discover her passion for recruiting and helping others.
