Morgan Ingham is a Recruiting Coordinator at Career Group. She began her journey with the company as a Front Office Coordinator, where she quickly discovered her passion for recruiting and connecting people with opportunities that align with their strengths.

Morgan finds it rewarding to build strong relationships with candidates, taking the time to understand their skills, goals, and career aspirations. She looks for honesty, confidence, and a strong work ethic in the candidates she supports, and believes that being authentic about both strengths and areas for growth is the key to long-term success.

Originally from California, Morgan earned her degree in Anthropology from UC Santa Cruz. Before joining Career Group, she worked in the restaurant industry for eight years, where she developed her exceptional people skills.

Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys playing video games, discovering new restaurants, and exploring wine bars throughout Los Angeles.
