Lily Hopkins is an Event Coordinator with a background in hospitality and a passion for helping others succeed. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from James Madison University and began her career as the Club Event Coordinator at Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, VA, where she managed events from planning through execution.

Drawn to recruiting by her desire to make a meaningful impact, Lily finds the most fulfillment in knowing she’s making a difference in people’s lives every day. She looks for preparation, ambition, and authenticity in candidates, and advises job seekers to be intentional and do their research. Outside of work, Lily enjoys following Formula 1 and spending time with family and friends.
