Karli Knott began her career in recruiting after discovering a passion for relationship-building while supporting HR and payroll at a staffing agency. A true people person, she was drawn to the opportunity to connect top talent with teams where they can thrive.

Karli has experience across the Career Group Companies, previously working as an Event Manager and supporting Syndicatebleu. Most recently, she spent several years as a Recruitment Specialist, placing support-level talent in both private and corporate environments.

She studied Art Studio, Art History, and Liberal Studies at Santa Barbara City College before earning a Merchandising Marketing degree from FIDM. Karli looks for candidates with strong communication, reliability, and a positive attitude—and always encourages job seekers to be themselves and come prepared.

Outside of work, you’ll find her visiting art openings, exploring museums, or spending time at the pottery studio with music in the background.
