Background
Jamie Williams is a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in New York with a passion and talent for connecting people to the right opportunities. She specializes in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across a range of events, while building lasting client relationships that go beyond the placement itself. Jamie is hands-on in both event planning and logistics, ensuring every experience is thoughtfully organized and runs smoothly from start to finish. Her approach combines attention to detail with a people-first mindset that clients and candidates alike come to rely on. Whether she is coordinating moving parts behind the scenes or working with a new client, Jamie brings the same level of care and commitment to everything she does.
Before joining CGC, Jamie built a strong foundation in events, talent acquisition, and business development as an independent contractor throughout the tri state region and on Wall Street. That experience gave her a well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of what it takes to thrive in fast-moving, relationship-driven environments. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, volunteering, running, and spending time with family and friends.
