Ellen Nickodemus is a Recruiting and Operations Associate at Career Group, based in the Miami office. After experiencing firsthand the impact of great recruiters while job searching with Career Group, Ellen was inspired to pivot into recruiting herself. With a background in the restaurant industry and a degree in Business Law from the University of Miami, Ellen brings a strong work ethic, people-first mindset, and natural ability to connect with candidates. She finds the most fulfillment in helping others land roles they’re genuinely excited about and takes pride in creating a seamless, positive experience throughout the hiring process. Outside of work, you can find Ellen at music festivals and live shows—especially if they’re at her favorite venue, Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
