Briana Garcia discovered her passion for recruiting by chance. While in college, she pursued administrative work to get a feel for the business world and found herself supporting a recruitment firm, where her interest in the industry quickly grew. That experience led to a full-time recruiting role and ultimately shaped her career path.

As a Recruiting Associate, Briana loves building relationships with candidates and being part of life-changing career moments. Her favorite part of the job is knowing she can make a positive impact with every interaction. Her best advice to job seekers is to not get discouraged and to remember that every redirection helps lead you toward the right opportunity. She also encourages professionals to lean on their network, ask for guidance, and let people know they’re looking.
