Receptionist

Our client, a well-established PE firm, seeks a warm and energetic professional to serve as the face of its fast-paced NYC office. Duties to include:

- Greeting clients and guests and managing all front desk interactions
- Owning new hire onboarding to ensure seamless new hire experiences
- Coordinating client arrivals, meeting logistics, and refreshments
- Maintaining and managing conference room schedules and office calendars
- Promptly managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Overseeing office presentation, ensuring immaculate and well-stocked common areas
- Coordinating office vendors, deliveries, and building management communications
- Provide administrative, expense and project support, as needed

Must posses strong communication skills, high attention to detail and discretion, and comfort in Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
