Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO
We’re partnering on a unique, highly lifestyle-driven Personal Assistant search supporting a globally active CEO and partner. This role sits at the intersection of luxury lifestyle management, travel, and access — ideal for someone deeply connected within NYC’s hospitality, dining, and nightlife scene.
This is a high-touch, fast-paced position requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, and a true “in-the-know” network to unlock experiences and manage a dynamic personal life.
Location: NYC (Flatiron) — hybrid, 3–4 days in office
Compensation: $130K–$180K base + bonus + comprehensive benefits package
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Curate and manage an elevated lifestyle, including exclusive dining, members-only venues, and VIP nightlife
• Plan complex global travel end-to-end (multi-leg itineraries, luxury stays, private aviation, experiences)
• Secure hard-to-access reservations and experiences through personal network and relationships
• Coordinate high-profile events, experiential travel, and culturally relevant experiences
• Act as a liaison across household staff, vendors, and key external partners
• Provide light executive support (20–25%), including calendar and business travel coordination
• Operate with full discretion while managing a 24/7, always-on environment
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years supporting a CEO or ultra-high-net-worth individual
• Deep NYC network across restaurants, nightlife, and hospitality (required)
• Proven ability to access exclusive reservations, events, and experiences
• Strong experience planning luxury international travel from scratch
• Polished, resourceful, and highly responsive
• Comfortable with a high-expectation, high-availability role
