Human Resources Generalist

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support employees and leaders across the United States and Europe. This role provides broad HR support across the employee lifecycle and partners with business leaders to maintain compliant, effective, and people focused HR practices within a dynamic, multi region environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide generalist HR support across multiple regions, including the USA and EU
• Manage core HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
• Support employee relations matters, including performance discussions, concerns, and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies
• Support recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a positive employee experience
• Support employee engagement and internal people initiatives
• Assist with performance management processes, including reviews and goal setting
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all HR activities

Qualifications & Experience
• Degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience supporting a diverse employee population
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance (multi region experience preferred)
• Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle
• Practical, solution focused approach with sound judgment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated integrity and respect for confidentiality
• Comfortable working independently in a fast paced, evolving environment
