Store Manager - Miami, FL

Our client, a high-growth direct-to-consumer brand within the accessories space, is seeking a Store Manager to lead its first physical retail location. This individual will play a key role in building the store from the ground up, overseeing daily operations, developing a strong team, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all in-store operations, ensuring a high level of service and overall store performance
  • Hire, train, and mentor a team of associates, creating a collaborative and accountable environment
  • Drive store sales through active leadership, coaching, and performance management
  • Manage staff scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage based on business needs
  • Oversee inventory flow, including receiving shipments, stock organization, and inventory accuracy
  • Maintain store presentation, ensuring alignment with brand standards across all product categories
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and applicable regulations
  • Utilize store systems to support transactions, reporting, and daily operations
  • Oversee in-store service offerings, ensuring team readiness and proper execution

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience, ideally in a fast-paced or multi-category environment
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving sales goals
  • Strong operational knowledge including inventory management and point-of-sale systems
  • Understanding of visual presentation and store standards
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and oversee additional in-store service functions
