Zoho IT Generalist

Our client, a globally recognized organization in the martial arts sector, is seeking a  Zoho IT Generalist to support internal systems, IT operations, and infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role within a mission-driven company that operates globally, supporting students, instructors, and internal teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and improve internal applications, workflows, and system integrations
• Provide Tier 1–2 IT support across hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage full lifecycle of IT assets (procurement → deployment → retirement)
• Monitor network/system performance and resolve or escalate issues proactively
• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure and systems
• Handle user access, permissions, and identity management
• Maintain system security through patching, updates, and device management
• Administer VoIP systems and troubleshoot related issues
• Support IT projects by coordinating timelines and collaborating with teams
• Manage data storage, backups, and recovery testing
• Document systems, processes, and IT procedures clearly
• Maintain core infrastructure (printers, backups, hardware) and vendor relationships
• Onboard new employees with accounts, devices, and access setup
• Research and implement new technologies for scalability and efficiency

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or development
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build scripts, automations, or system integrations
• Solid communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Customer-focused mindset with professional support approach
• Understanding of software development, APIs, and system architecture
• Required: Zoho One and Deluge experience
• Preferred: Shopify, ShipStation, SKUVault

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
