About the Job:
Our client, a well-established contemporary womenswear retailer known for its curated assortment and elevated in-store experience, is seeking a Sales Lead to support daily store operations and drive team performance on the sales floor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment and enjoys leading by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and ensure a high level of customer service
- Lead by example on the sales floor, driving engagement and sales performance
- Assist in coaching and motivating the team to achieve individual and store goals
- Help manage floor coverage and support scheduling needs
- Build strong client relationships and deliver a personalized shopping experience
- Maintain store presentation and uphold visual standards
- Assist with inventory tasks, including restocking and organization
- Partner with leadership to support store initiatives and daily priorities
- Address customer needs with a positive, solution-oriented approach
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail or sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Positive, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor
- Ability to take initiative and support leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Passion for delivering an engaging and elevated in-store experience
