Administrative Assistant
Administrative Assistant (Temp)
South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Duration: May – December
A global consulting firm is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic and fast-paced office environment. This is a temporary opportunity running through December, ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented culture and high-performance environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meetings across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, agendas, materials, and follow-up notes
- Arrange travel and manage expense reporting with accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and organize materials for client proposals and presentations
- Track contracts and maintain organized documentation
- Troubleshoot issues and support internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors
- Provide front desk backup support (phones, greeting guests, deliveries)
- Assist with special projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as an Administrative or
- Executive Assistant (professional services preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
- PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP and Concur a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with sound judgment and discretion
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Positive attitude and sense of humor
