Office Manager
San Francisco, CA | In office | $95K - $115K + Bonus + Equity + Benefits
A fast-growing AI voice platform startup is seeking an experienced Office Manager to own and scale workplace operations across two office floors. The company is rapidly expanding and is building the leading platform for deploying voice agents. This role is ideal for a highly operational, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, builds structure, and proactively improves systems, vendors, and workplace experience.
What You’ll Do
- Own daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and fully functional workplace across two floors
- Manage vendors, supplies, inventory, budgets, and recurring services (food, cleaning, facilities)
- Act as primary point of contact for building management, contractors, and service providers
- Oversee onboarding logistics, desk setup, and in-office experience for employees and guests
- Support IT/workplace systems including access, AV, seating, and hardware tracking
- Plan and execute company events, offsites, and internal gatherings
- Improve processes and build scalable SOPs to support company growth
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of office operations or workplace management experience (startup/tech preferred)
- Strong vendor management and facilities coordination experience
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong communicator with a hands-on, mindset
- Experience in tech, AI, or startup environments strongly preferred
