Senior Vice President of Operations - Miami

‍Our client is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee multi-site field operations across a large, geographically dispersed portfolio. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to drive performance, operational consistency, and strategic growth initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities:‍

  • Lead regional operations with full accountability for performance, growth, and efficiency
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and organizational priorities
  • Oversee and develop regional leadership teams across multiple locations
  • Drive operational excellence, including financial performance, workforce planning, and process optimization
  • Ensure compliance, quality standards, and strong stakeholder engagement across sites
  • Support change management efforts during a period of organizational evolution

Qualifications:‍

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations
  • Proven track record managing large, distributed teams
  • Strong financial and operational acumen (P&L ownership preferred)
  • Experience driving growth, efficiency, and turnaround initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
