Office Manager
Our client is seeking a high-caliber professional to lead the physical operations for a premier investment firm in Manhattan. This individual will serve as the primary steward of a high-end corporate environment, ensuring the space is maintained to a "five-star" standard of excellence every single day.
This is a senior-level, hands-on role that requires a blend of technical building and facilities knowledge, vendor management expertise, and a sophisticated hospitality mindset.
Base Salary: $125,000 – $200,000 flexible/commensurate with experience + discretionary bonus + premium benefits package
Location: New York, NY – this is a fully in-office role
Primary Responsibilities include:
• Guarantee the daily "readiness" of all shared spaces, conference rooms, and specialty areas. You are responsible for the physical polish and functional integrity of the entire headquarters.
• Act as the primary liaison for building management and external maintenance partners. You will oversee all repairs, preventative maintenance schedules, and physical upgrades.
• Partner with leadership on buildouts & expansion projects, providing operational insight into design, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Direct the performance of all physical service partners, vendor management, and contracts, ensuring they meet the firm’s exacting standards for quality.
• Develop and refine the "behind-the-scenes" workflows that keep a high-traffic, high-stakes office running seamlessly without disrupting the workflow of the team.
Candidate Profile
• 5–10+ years of Facilities, Office Manager or Workplace Experience – must also have experience managing premium corporate environments (Finance, Venture Capital, or Luxury Tech preferred). Experience in smaller/mid-sized offices.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A proactive, "no task too small" attitude with a focus on white-glove, concierge-level service.
• A dedicated onsite presence with the flexibility to manage the shifting needs of a growing office.
• Exceptional ability to interface with executive leadership, building engineers, and high-profile guests.
