Marketing Associate

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, globally expanding brand looking for a Marketing Associate to join their International team. This is a high-impact opportunity to support marketing strategy and performance across international markets, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.


Hybrid - Santa Monica (2-3 days/week in office)


What you’ll do:

  • Support the execution of international marketing strategies
  • Partner on paid media campaigns (social, search, programmatic), including localization and optimization
  • Analyze campaign performance, build reporting, and recommend optimizations and budget allocation
  • Manage localization and trafficking of ads and email campaigns across multiple regions
  • Support customer acquisition initiatives, balancing ROAS and CAC across markets
  • Develop creative briefs and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance
  • Analyze trends and scale high-performing creative across channels and regions
  • Conduct competitive and market research (product, social, digital experience)
  • Partner with e-commerce teams to evaluate site performance and optimize conversion paths


What we’re looking for:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or performance marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with paid media, campaign reporting, or digital marketing analytics
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in international markets and global business expansion
