Recruiting Associate

A leading global investment firm is seeking a Recruiting Associate to join its growing talent team. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key part in scaling a high-performing organization.

Location: Midtown East, NYC (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive base salary: $130,000 – $160,000 + discretionary bonus

The Role
This is a dynamic, hands-on position within a fast-paced recruiting environment. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner closely with a senior recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting activities
• Support interview scheduling and coordination
• Handle offer preparation, compensation and offer discussions, and candidate negotiations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and recruiting partners to kick off new searches and define role requirements
• Manage agency relationships and assist with external recruiter communication
• Contribute to job description development and process improvements
• Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-moving, globally connected business

Qualifications
• 2–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting and Recruiting Coordination/Scheduling
• Experience managing offers and participating in compensation discussions
• Willingness to take on high volume scheduling
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and candidates
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Professional presence and attention to detail
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) is a plus
