  • Review servicing deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to documented procedures.
  • Monitor service levels, escalate issues, and assist with root-cause analysis and remediation efforts.
  • Ensure outsourced processes align with internal policies, regulatory expectations, and audit requirements.

Controls, Risk & Governance

  • Oversee key operational controls, including reconciliations, proof reports, and SOX processes.
  • Ensure compliance with LSTA loan agency best practices, internal policies, and audit standards.
  • Identify operational risks related to agent bank, loan agency, and servicing activities and contribute to strengthening controls.

Process Improvement & Scalability

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and data quality across credit operations and loan agency workflows.
  • Partner with Technology, agent banks, and service providers on system enhancements and integration initiatives.
  • Support scalable operating models to accommodate growth across credit strategies and asset types.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
