Manager of Client Operations

We’re partnering with an innovative, high-growth technology organization at the forefront of next-generation connectivity to bring on a Manager of Client Operations. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role supporting leadership, account teams, and compliance—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments and can confidently interface with senior stakeholders.

This role is perfect for someone coming out of a high-tech or technical environment who can understand complex terminology while keeping teams, processes, and client deliverables running seamlessly.

Location: Chatsworth, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $50/hr
Duration: ASAP Start – Through End of Year (Potential for Conversion)

What You’ll Do

  • Own day-to-day administrative and operational coordination across client-facing teams
  • Manage meeting logistics, agendas, notes, and follow-ups, ensuring accountability across stakeholders
  • Maintain and audit CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity
  • Support client onboarding, account management workflows, and ongoing communications
  • Track deliverables and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
  • Assist with business development efforts, including pipeline tracking, research, and proposal preparation
  • Partner with compliance to ensure contracts, documentation, and regulatory requirements are properly tracked

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in operations, client services, or account coordination
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Excellent written communication skills (comfortable drafting summaries, reports, and presentations)
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Comfortable working with technical products or high-tech environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
