Personal Assistant to Founder
A leading Venture Capital Firm focused on Tech and Consumer brands is looking for a warm, high energy, positive and eager Executive / Personal Assistant to support their Founder. This role will be responsible for handling a high volume of personal and professional calendar management and intricate personal and family travel coordination and is seeking someone accustomed to handling personal support.
We need someone who is ready to hit the ground running, has incredible attention to detail, is NYC savvy and resourceful and a true team player. This role is fully onsite 5 days/week and drivers license required.
What you’ll do:
• Manage active and ever-changing personal and professional calendars
• Act as gatekeeper for phone and email inboxes
• Research, coordinate, and book personal and professional travel, family trips, and provide detailed itineraries
• Oversee personal projects, kids schedules, events and parties, tasks and logistics, coordinating with household staff , nannies and family when needed
• Collaborate with administrative support team to ensure cross-departmental needs are met
• Maintain daily organizational details for insurance, bills, cars, homes, etc.
• Update last minute travel changes working with private charters, pilots, personal concierges etc.
What you’ll need:
• 3+ years of experience supporting an executive, celebrity or HNWI
• Articulate and professional work and communication styles
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Positive, team-player mentality
• Strong send of discretion and confidentiality
