Management Coordinator
A premier global investment firm is hiring for a Management Coordinator. The Management Coordinator role has a wide breadth of responsibilities, spanning across multiple areas to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day process management. You will support professionals across the Investor and Operations Management teams, gaining exposure to many different facets of the firm.
Successful candidates will thrive in a results-oriented environment where they act as an excellent facilitator, communicator, and proactive partner. We need someone passionate about managing processes reliably, ensuring the senior leaders' world runs smoothly at every level.
Location: Midtown East, New York, NY
Hybrid Schedule: 4 days onsite (Mon–Thu), Remote Fridays
Hours: Typically 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation commensurate with experience: $100,000 – $125,000 (Inclusive of base + bonus) + top-tier benefits package
Responsibilities include:
• Executive Partnership: Manage complex, fast-moving calendars for two senior leaders, ensuring their time is optimized and aligned with business priorities.
• Operational Ownership: Drive essential team functions, including talent onboarding/offboarding, operational policies, and assessment processes.
• Project Coordination: Track deliverables across multiple threads to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in team workflows and proactively design better ways to operate.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a bridge between senior leadership and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and timely execution.
Qualifications:
• 2–4 years in administration, project coordination, or business operations within a fast-paced, complex environment.
• 4 year degree required.
• You are eager, determined, and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
• You take pride in a flawless work output and "read the room" with high empathy and intuition.
• You thrive in an environment of direct, honest feedback and use it to constantly improve your performance.
• You are ambitious and looking for a role that offers a clear path toward greater responsibility.
