Creative Content Producer (Gaming)

We’re partnering with a gaming-focused creative agency that produces high-impact campaigns across gaming, esports, and creator-driven content. They are looking for a Creative Content Producer/Project Manager to help lead the execution of digital campaigns, branded gaming content, and creator collaborations.

This role sits at the intersection of creative production, project management and digital campaign execution, working closely with creative teams, creators, and brand partners to bring gaming campaigns to life.

Schedule: 20hrs+/week
Pay: 40-50/hr
Location: Remote


What You’ll Do:
• Produce and manage digital and social-first gaming campaigns, from concept through delivery
• Oversee the creation of branded content, creator collaborations, and gaming activations
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and creative assets across design, video, and social teams
• Partner with streamers, creators, and talent partners to execute campaign deliverables
• Manage production workflows across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and social platforms
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and partnerships teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals
• Track project timelines, budgets, and approvals to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
• Support live and digital gaming initiatives including stream events, launches, and social content drops



What We’re Looking For:
• 4–7+ years of experience in content production, campaign production, or digital project management
• Experience producing gaming, esports, creator, or social-first campaigns
• Background working with influencers, streamers, or digital talent is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of gaming culture, esports ecosystems, and creator platforms
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills



Nice to Have:
• Experience with Twitch, YouTube Gaming, or livestream productions
• Background in gaming marketing agencies, esports organizations, or creator networks
• Experience producing branded content, social video, or digital campaigns
