Senior Recruiter - Consumer Goods Brand in Miami

Location: Miami, FL – Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Our client, a growing consumer goods company based in Miami, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its internal talent acquisition team. This individual will play a key role in supporting hiring efforts across multiple departments while partnering closely with leadership to help scale the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment and will be comfortable building strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
-Manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of corporate and operational roles
-Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
-Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn and referrals
-Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
-Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
-Track recruiting activity and support hiring process improvements

Qualifications
-Approximately 7–8+ years of recruiting experience
-Background in consumer goods or similar fast-paced environments is preferred
-Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
-Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills
-Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
