Executive Personal Assistant to UHNW Principal

A Private Principal is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to oversee a wide range of personal and professional responsibilities while ensuring the seamless coordination of day-to-day operations. This role requires a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can anticipate needs while managing complex logistics with discretion and precision.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic principal across multiple global residences while contributing to philanthropic initiatives, creative projects, and high-profile events.

Responsibilities:

Executive & Personal Support

  • Oversee the Principal’s complex personal and professional calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Manage high-level communications, including monitoring and prioritizing the Principal’s inbox and preparing follow-up materials for both personal and professional matters.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison with key contacts, organizational affiliates, guests, and vendors.

Travel & Lifestyle Management

  • Lead all aspects of travel planning for the Principal and guests, including designing detailed domestic and international itineraries.
  • Coordinate private jet and yacht travel, commercial flights, ground transportation, accommodations, restaurant reservations, and curated entertainment experiences.
  • Represent the Principal across five international residences, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations.

Events & Philanthropy

  • Administer charitable giving initiatives and maintain relationships with board members and philanthropic partners.
  • Coordinate and track RSVPs for multiple high-profile events, maintaining accurate guest lists and managing logistics.

Projects & Creative Initiatives

  • Provide strategic support for special projects, including museum-level exhibitions, book publications, and the organization and management of art archives.
  • Assist the Principal’s partner with creative initiatives, including presentation and design work.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of executive assistants, training new hires and ensuring the team is equipped to support the Principal in a demanding, high-performance environment.

Lifestyle & Personal Requests

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Principal’s family and close contacts, managing gifting, floral arrangements, and other personal requests.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $125,000 – $175,000 DOE
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus PTO.
